At the end of the year, I enjoyed a great weekend of birding in southern California at the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve in Huntington Beach, CA. On my way home, I also birded at the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary in Irvine, CA and the Tonaquint Nature Center in St. George, UT.
In addition to capturing some exciting bird action, I added 4 new species to my life list. I hope you enjoy this showcase!
