Brown Pelican

Brown pelicans are large waterbirds that usually dive for fish and then use their huge bills and throat pouches to scoop fish out of the water.

Juveniles are mostly gray and brown, but adults have white and/or yellow heads depending on their breeding state.

They are found in bays and oceans.
