Rock Wren

Rock wrens are relatively large wrens with a gray back, slightly buffy belly and long bill. Adults and juveniles look similar, except the adult's throat is streaked with gray while the juvenile's is plain white.

Rock wrens are fairly common in arid habitats of the western U.S., especially around rocks as their name suggests.
