Hi, I'm Jake

I am a professional photographer and artist based in Lockport, IL. I own Two Birds Photography and I've been photographing weddings and families for about 20 years. I'm a sensitive nature guy who loves to talk to trees, pick up rocks, and put my hands in running water. I'm good natured, goofy in my own way, introspective, and intuitive. Along with my partner, our house is full of love with four boys, three cats, and dog. I like to create art, make things with my hands, work with plants in a garden, go on hikes, explore the world, talk one-on-one with people, and I like to laugh.

I love animals and make a donation in support of animal welfare for every wedding that I book and I always get excited when my clients include their furry friends in their photos.
